Jerome Scott & Partners Architects was the Design Architect for the Shanghai Gubei project. The project program included 3 high rise condominiums buildings, 1 hotel, 1 office building, 1 community center, and below grade parking. The community center included swimming, gymnasium, work out facilities, billiard room, card room, dining, library, classrooms, child care, and movie theater. To maintain green space, the community center included a “green roof”.
