Jerome Scott, AIA, NCARB
Jerome M. Scott founded the firm in 1998 to offer personal and innovative design solutions to complex building problems. Building upon initial success, the design firm was incorporated in 2001 and in 2022 was renamed and expanded to Jerome Scott + Partners Architects.
Prior to starting the firm, Jerome M. Scott collaborated with many international designers across the world; Arata Isozaki in Japan, Peter Eisenman in the United States, and Javier Mariscal in Europe.
These cross-cultural collaborations developed a unique sense of perspective on the creative process. By listening to divergent viewpoints, the designer can gain new insight to the building problem, and hence formulate new design concepts in response.
Jerome Scott's experience on large, complex projects has given him the experience to understand the most cost effective way to solve the problem. "There is often a multitude of ways to solve a particular problem. However, there is only one solution to the problem that is consistent with the design concept and the Owner's budget."
Jerome finds the solution with dialogue between participants in the design and construction process.
