Jerome Scott & Partners Architects developed the program of spaces, and the conceptual design for the renovation and addition to the Whitehall Police Department building. The design concept embraces elements of classical civil architectural design with a central and iconographic entrance that addresses the existing park. The addition bends around the corner, allowing the natural green space to flow onto the main street, recreating the "civic" boulevard.
